Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InvoiceOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to use InvoiceOS for business purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You must not modify or copy the materials without authorization
  • You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose other than managing your own invoices
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in InvoiceOS
  • You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
  • You must not transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach.

Subscription and Billing

InvoiceOS offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations:

  • Free Plan: Limited to 10 invoices per month
  • Basic Plan: Up to 50 invoices per month
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited invoices

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months or years.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use InvoiceOS to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Create fraudulent or misleading invoices for illegal purposes
  • Transmit any material that contains viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InvoiceOS and its licensors. You retain all rights to the invoices and data you create using our service.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into InvoiceOS, including invoices, client information, and company details. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide. You may export your data at any time.

Limitation of Liability

InvoiceOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
